That’s where we come in.
We become the central point of contact for the details, timing and logistics surrounding your wedding. We know where everyone needs to be, what needs to happen next and how to adjust when the day inevitably shifts.
So when the florist has a setup question, transportation is running late, dinner moves by twenty minutes or Grandma disappears before family photos, you aren’t the person solving it.
And neither is your mom.

Coda Events was created by Natalie of Soul City Band and Lauren of Young Love and the Thrills, two women who have spent years behind the scenes of New England weddings.
Working in live wedding entertainment has given us a front-row seat to hundreds of celebrations. We’ve learned what makes a wedding flow beautifully, how all the moving pieces work together, and what happens when no one is quite sure who is supposed to be doing what.
We created Coda Events to bring that experience to the final months of planning, so when your wedding day arrives, you can be fully present for it.

Beginning approximately 90 days before your wedding, Coda steps in to turn all of your plans into one cohesive event.
THE CODA HANDOFF | We learn your wedding from beginning to end - your vision, vendors, priorities, traditions, concerns and all those details living somewhere between your inbox, Notes app and brain.
THE PLANNING AUDIT | We review the logistics already in place, identify missing pieces and create a clear plan for the final stretch.
VENDOR COORDINATION | We connect with your vendor team, confirm logistics and become a central point of contact for wedding-day details.
YOUR MASTER TIMELINE | We create a detailed timeline covering vendor arrivals, setup, photography, ceremony, cocktail hour, introductions, dances, speeches, dinner, entertainment and everything in between.
FINAL DETAILS | We help organize ceremony logistics, reception flow, floor plans, transportation, personal décor, special moments and remaining details.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH + REHEARSAL | We walk through the logistics with you and/or your venue and help get everyone down the aisle - preferably in the correct order.
